The Recipe Corner - Five Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

4 TBS plain flour
4 TBS sugar or stevia
2 TBS baking  cocoa
1 egg
3 TBS milk
3 TBS oil
3 TBS dark choco.  chips
Small splash of vanilla
1 coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well.
Add egg and mix.
Pour in milk and oil and mix.
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla and mix.
Put mug in micro. and cook for 3 min.
The cake will rise to the top of the mug.
Don't be alarmed.  As it cools, it falls a bit.
